Online Trauma Therapy for Women Across British Columbia

Welcome!

This space is for women who feel weighed down by past experiences, stuck in patterns that keep repeating, or feeling disconnected from their body or emotions.

I understand how to recognize the ways trauma can show up and how to work with it at the root using evidence-based approaches, including EMDR and somatic therapy. Therapy here is focused on supporting you in working through what is present in a way that feels safe, with attention to both the mind and body.

We can go at a pace that feels manageable and work through things together.

Gentle, Compassionate Online Therapy

You deserve a space where what you’re carrying can be met with care and support.

Therapy is compassionate and grounded, with care given to what feels most manageable for you in the moment. It can help you slow things down, build awareness, and gently work through what has been difficult to hold on your own.

Compassion That Feels Genuine

I connect with my clients through a genuine, compassionate approach that prioritizes understanding and trust.

Reaching out for support is not always easy, especially when things feel heavy or unclear.

Wherever you’re starting from, we can take it one step at a time and work through it together. You don’t have to carry this alone.
